Fans Given Green Light to Watch Live Matches

After what seemed like eternity, the league has finally decided to open the gates to supporters. This came after Government decided to lift lockdown restrictions and allow fans from various sporting codes the opportunity to go watch games at the stadia.

This will be considered a major victory for the spectators of the beautiful game considering the amount of protests and virtual conferences they had to attend to have their voices finally heard.

The maximum amount of numbers that will be allowed back is 50% capacity per stadium and fans will need to produce either their Vax certificates and/ or latest Covid results.

The league has taken a resolution to welcome back fans for the 1st time during the weekend of the 8th of April 2022 during the Nedbank Cup round of 8 fixtures.

Further communication from the league with regards purchasing of tickets will be given.
